Jai Gaanesh is the Founder & Director of Avast Engineering Technologies (M) Sdn Bhd. He started his career as an Electrical & Electronics Engineer specialising in Industrial Automation, Process Control & Facilities Management. He was provided with the responsibility to design, build and commission water treatment plants for manufacturing industries as well as water reticulation projects within Malaysia. Overt he years, he gained vast experience handling several projects especially in Facilities Management & Maintenance where he was entrusted to manage, maintain & improve the facilities with a team of skilled staffs. He was in charge of providing scheduled, preventive & emergency maintenance with a budget. He also undertook many other specialised constructions works and building defects rectification works. He has managed technical teams from wide area of engineering & construction work. He pursued his interest in Facilities Management and this provided him with the opportunity to manage and maintain facilities for industries, commercial &  residential buildings over 12 years. He was admitted as a member with Malaysian Institute of Property & Facilities Managers (MIPFM).
